Janis Kingston: Her birth mother. They never got along, but love each other anyways.

Damian Carther: Step father, her mother loves and married. Cecilia is okay with Damian.

Derek Carther: Her close step brother she loves very much. They get along very well.

She was always studious and very wise, and when her mother remarried, that continued. She was scared of her new brother and father and would hide in her room, but eventually grew to love Derek. She doesn’t know Damian that much, her step father, so she’s still a bit afraid, but can live with him.
